Rholanda (Lisa) Fambro is the owner/operator of Open Arms Early Learning Childcare Center, a premier early childhood center dedicated to providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children and families. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Interdisciplinary Studies and brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood development and administration. 

As an educator, entrepreneur, and community leader, Lisa is passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments that foster the academic, social, and emotional growth of every child. Under her leadership, Open Arms Early Learning Childcare Center has become known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and quality-centered care. She has the knowledge and expertise to direct programs, support staff development, and monitor budgets effectively.

Married for 32 years to co-owner James D Fambro, Lisa and James share a passion for ministry, service, and community impact. In addition to her work in Early Childhood Education, Lisa is a motivational speaker and published author, and advocate dedicated to empowering families and strengthening her community through faith, service, and leadership,
